It's hard to say. mainly because power comparisons are completely based on what is convenient for the plot, but also because SSJ Blue is the god variant of SSJ1, and we have not seen any hint of SSJ2 Blue And on top of that, Beerus's full power hasn't remotely been shown in the anime(I haven't read the continued manga personally) But we can try. SSJ1 multiplies base power by x50, SSJ2 doubles that, and SSJ3 quadruples that for a x400 multiplier to base power. Let's just assume this formula works the same with the divine forms (even though things do work a little different with divine energy) So SSJ3 Blue would be 400 times stronger than the last time Goku and Beerus truly fought, and goku will have had MUCH more combat experience with divine transformations AND just in general after fighting Hit, Kefla, Jiren, etc. It really seems like this difference would be overwhelming and Beerus would be unable to hold his own. But overwhelming strength is not the only factor. While Goku has vast battle experience, Beerus is millions of years old, in that time having trained with Whis and witnessed all of the fantastic powers throughout the ages. He's not likely to be surprised by anything. Also, energy of destruction(Hakai) isn't like normal energy. While Frieza was able to survive the blast from the thugs, this was just a tiny morsel of energy small enough to be carried and used by a weakling. When Top used this energy even Vegeta didn't dare come into contact with it and his strongest energy attacks were destroyed on contact. I would put my money on Goku, even with the incredible strain it would put on his body. But I wouldn't count Beerus out. At the end of the day, Akira Toriyama will write the victor based on what makes the most sense for the continuing plot. I expect that he would maintain Beerus the same way Roshi maintained Jackie Chun. Nobody wants Goku to be the strongest being, especially Goku. It seems impossible to write above and beyond the 12 universes and the Omni King, so once Goku surpasses a god of destruction, it leaves very little room to continue writing the story. There seems to be a creative dead-end on the horizon.

I actually wondered if they went with this instead. To have a SS3-like form of Blue. I like the yellow eyes. It's a nice touch. I do like Ultra Instinct, but I think their SSB forms should have been the peak of their power and UI really shouldn't have been a "form" since it's really a state of mind, or lack thereof. Just like when Goku first used his instincts against Beerus when they first fought. And it does seem odd that they'd tap into a power and master something gods can't, despite being trained for millions of years and being taught by older and more powerful teachers.

Well beerus himself says he doesn't like ui, so his reluctance probably has an effect on how hard it is to master, and he used to sleep a lot. It's not really a God's style. Whis is teaching goku to not need to transform to use ui well. But yeah, it makes sence if it never had a form to begin with. Looks cool tho 👀 Also DATA FROM STAR TREK WHOOO!!!

@@SamariumHelium Glad you like the Data picture. :) That is true, although there are 12 gods and some won't share Beerus' idea about UI, so it is strange that despite living for eons, being trained by angels, who have all mastered ultra instinct, yet can't seem to grasp it, but a saiyan who's not even a hundred years old not only uses it but has mastered it, even temporarily. Goku has surpassed gods like Kami and King Kai, but a destroyer is pretty much supposed to be unrivaled except for an angel or Jiren who is the one exception. He didn't use UI despite his power. He was just really strong and fast. I would have liked to a ss3 blue like form and even despite all that, he still can't beat Beerus. He can just hold his own still. Beerus one shot Perfected SSB Vegeta in the manga, so it told me they still had a long way to go. Jiren was stronger than his own god of destruction, but doesn't mean he is stronger than all of the gods. Not sure if he'd beat Beerus since Beerus is considered to be one of the stronger gods.

Wait, so, SSG is a base form right? Combined with Super Saiyan, a form, it creates the mixture of Super Saiyan Blue. Mastered Ultra instinct, an ability all angles have, is also a base form. Notice that every single base form Goku uses (whenever his hair doesn't power up) is able to be stacked on with something else, such as Kaioken and Super Saiyan God. Would that mean Mastered Ultra Instinct is a base form and can be combined?

if super saiyan blue 3 acts like regular super saiyan 3, its actually not that impressive, because it would only be 8 times stronger than the regular super saiyan blue, which is less than super saiyan blue kaiokenx10. but it would probs be better than that

On its own, it would definitely be weaker than Blue Kaio-ken times 20. If you mixed it with Kaio-ken, though? You would only need Kaio-ken times 3 mixed with SSB3 to be stronger than SSB Kaio-ken times 20. It'd definitely be more costly in stamina, but it also wouldn't rip you up as much to preserve durability, so there could be some trade ups.
