The original BLEACH anime ended in 2012 and only came back in 2022, exactly 10 years later. The last console BLEACH game was Soul Resurrection for PS3 and it released in 2011. That's 13 years ago. The only mobile game that had true success worldwide was Brave Souls but you have to agree that this isn't the same as a console game as BLEACH used to have a lot of games released for Nintendo and PlayStation consoles back in the day.

This game is looking good so far 👍🏻 The only thing I’ve noticed though are the attacks. The attacks seem minimal and bland. Also the character movements look a little wonky and weird too. This definitely has potential to be a great game. Hopefully it’s still being worked on to improve it. I was excited when this was announced because Bleach is one of my favorite anime. He does use it for his supers & ults but not for the basic combos. Probably will save the Getsuga Tensho spam for Hueco Mundo Ichigo. Bc there is no way you can fit all of Ichigo's Visored, Full Hollowfication AND Mugetsu stuff into the one character with how the base game works. Same with Aizen and Tousen, they change so much between arcs.

@@SeiyaTempest Don't see why not. Given that the game is only focused on Substitute Soul Reaper, Soul Society and Arrancar Arcs, that would give the game a decent roster with variety. Not everyone will be included like all of the lieutenants, visoreds or the fraccion but having all the captains and espada make the most sense. We probably won't get all the Bankai because they haven't been revealed yet (Yamamoto, Ukitake, Shunsui, Unohana, etc) so we'll have their Shikai as their Awakenings like Rukia does. But we will cover all of those arcs, evidenced by Gin Ichimaru's Character Trailer showing off his Bankai. Something he NEVER used before the very end of the Arrancar Arc. He only used it once throughout the series and, where it was placed in the Arrancar arc, it would very much surprise me if the highlights of the Arrancar arc WON'T be featured in the game. The important stuff like Bug Form Tosen. Komomura and Hisagi vs Tosen was one of the Arrancar arc's best fights so it should be in the game over stuff like Dordoni, Omaeda, pretty much all of the enemies in the pillar fights bc the story doesn't get impacted by their removal. Just have a cutscene saying one ot the pillars was compromised but the whole barrier is still intact for the other fights. Tho that does put characters like Ikkaku, Rangiku, Izuru, etc in a rough spot given that most of their fights can be skipped over and their opponents are jobbers except for Ichigo vs Ikkaku (but that's a fight similar to Ganju vs Yumichika where nothing really happens and you can explain it in a brief summary). I hope they all appear in the game as playable characters and not just cutscenes but that's just because I want them there, not out of necessity. Edit: Oh thank God I was wrong about Rangiku. I'm actually so happy she's in the game, tho the lack of a Orihime Character Trailer before Gin and Rangiku is worrying.

Can you not run around? Every time they move its very slow steps to the side or forward. The fastest i saw was ichigo dashing forward. I really hope we can dash/sprint around because it looks very slow in this gameplay

After every completed heath bar, there is a cutscene. The health bar seems so slow to deplete. They just want to force you into special moves. The game doesn't seem to have much normals. Only a bunch of special moves. I get they are trying to simulate what an anime fight looks like, but this doesn't look like there is a lot of depth in it, if not any. Like other people say, it looks slow. I want to believe the people playing do not know anything about what they're doing, because even the "Now or never", cannot not be properly exploited (except maybe with a special move i guess)

Way too stiff. Bleach has fast past action similar to dragon ball, so I think the stiffness ruins that in my opinion. This game looks like one punch man a hero nobody knows which wasn't really received well lol. Looks much better when you play this video at 1.75 speed, but they'll have to make some adjustments since the game wasn't originally built for that
