JobbytheHong some advice. before you pose it put it in hot water and manipulate the joints in the water,then take out and wait 5 minutes for plastic to harden and it will not be stiff

Oh man that Batman fig brought back A LOT of memories. Really loved that series over the first one. I liked the first one too but I enjoyed a lot more this one, wish they'd continue the series. But I don't mind the missing points of articulation in the abs, thighs, and knees because it keeps the slick look of him like in the show. But since they use brittle plastic, and the wrist peg broke on you while interchanging it, then changing the cape would pose risk of breaking the neck joint too then, right? Oh boy...

That's so cool that they added an extra cape! I was just thinking a couple of months ago how the Greg Capullo Batman figure would have been even more awesome if they added different capes to increase the different possibilities of of poses since the figure is super posable. You know, one that's draped over his shoulders, one that's flowing in the wind or other positions. Hopefully, DC Collectibles will take this into consideration for future Batman figures or any caped figure really. I've been waiting for this new animated version for so long, I didn't realize they were going to be out so soon. I thought they were supposed to be out in December. Good thing I get paid tomorrow! This was my Batman growing up! Well, we also had 'The Batman' but seeing as this guy made it through to The Justice League and featured in some other series, he's gotta be the definitive television Batman for me :D I think for the overall quality might be lacking (although it's pretty hard to beat Japanese lines like Figma and S.H. Figuarts, of course) but the look is just right. Another great review! ^_^

Man, the wrist breaking reminded me of the arm breaking off of my DC Multiverse Chris Reeve Superman from perfectly normal usage. Thankfully, I got a good replacement. I should also note that Justice League and Justice League Unlimited had a slightly tweaked design of this look, which was a vast improvement in my opinion(something about this one just does not feel right). Also, you have Combat belt Batman!? DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH THAT GOES FOR THESE DAYS!?

If I remember correctly, the JL/JLU design was suppose to bridge the gap between The New Batman Adventures and Batman Beyond. The longer ears and heels on the boots.

I have a few combat belt batmans (batmen?), but they have some ware on them since i had them as a kid. the combat accessories are just fine though. the capes didn't last for some reason. they got kind of flakey and dry.

Just got mine today. The spreading of the legs is insanely stiff on mine and I am afraid he will break. I heard if you place stiff figures in warm water, that will loosen up the stiffness. Anyway, great video.

ShartimusPrime I was super disappointed to see the right foot on my original break right out of package. Got a replacement only for the hand to break in the same way yours did. Called it a loss for five minutes until the left foot broke. I'd probably only suggest buying these if you're going to keep them in package. Unbelievable how fragile they are.

They are going to alternate. First wave has 3 New Adventures and Animated Series, the next will have 3 Animated Series and the 1 New Adventure and so on and so on. They hope bye doing it this way that they can get to all figures. I'm just glad they didn't release the weird looking Alien Joker from the New Adventures.

Man some people are right. This one looks really good and the articulation is average but the quality of the joints just suck man... Mine came with a stiff right hip, knee, leg shin and ankle. The right leg has some kind of tumor. It's having a hard time rotating but I still tried to go 360° cause that's what it's supposed to do and boom my worst nightmare happened! It snapped! I tried the ankle pivot too and bam! It snapped too.. I don't need to do the hair dryer technique or warm water technique cause it should be fine in the first place.. I can't believe that they're having an issue with joints! That's like the oldest issue that could ever happen to a toy! The quality control guy got freaking lazy... Anyway goodthing is, I can return it although I have to re-order it cause that local store which is Walmart doesn't carry it.... I just hope that I get one that got checked thoroughly... Sigh
