Love what he has, and continues to do for our defense. I've seen in game adjustments, I've seen making changes from week to week to improve. I've seen the kinds of things we've been screaming for, for years. We don't have a hugely talented Defense, but we are playing fast, and together and really playing better than the sum of their parts. Excellent coaching.

Love our coaches just hope we can hold on to them for at least a few years. This is a coaching staff that makes me feel the same way I did during the Gibbs 1.0 era. These coaches know how to coach up the players and get them in the right play and lets them eat.

love it! but something i’ve noticed is that BSJ is only in his 3rd year? so he’s pretty young, do yall think they believe in him and won’t trade for a DB cause that’ll mean that corner will take his spot? cause no way BSJ takes mikes spot on the other side cause he’s been playing very well and aggressive. so what does this team do with BSJ? he’s terrible but his job always seems secure

lol.. no he doesn’t. There is nothing he said that another professional OC doesn’t know already.
@MrDcb2157 сағат бұрын
@steven469 yeah he does. Love the intensity, but he could have kept the strategy on how to change defensive looks against an offense using tempo. One word adjustments, deciminated by two players throughout the team, is really smart. Usually, when facing tempo (if you've ever played defense irl) you stick to the coverage and fronts that were called. You don't want your players confused by the calls since tempo speeds up the process of getting set. With this strategy, like he said (but shouldn't have), you can change your fronts and coverages (middle field opened vs closed) even if tempo is unexpectedly used simply by having the secondary look at one player, and the d line an lb's look at one player for the call. Other d coordinators can use that same strategy against our offense negating any advantage a tempo offense would get.
@douglaswalker22016 сағат бұрын
@@MrDcb215 exactly. Love his energy, but he''s inadvertently exposing how to guard and affect our offense
@kevinroll82996 сағат бұрын
It’s usually expected having a veteran MLB that he will be the defense’s QB. So, being that Whitt shared thy at Bobby has the liberty to “audible” so to speak when he likes a different look, that’s not exposing strategy or scheme. Plus, Whitt even shared that that only occurred a few times vs the Bears
