But he put those all over. He wasn't protecting his property when he was just spraying rounds all over his neighborhood. He was endangering EVERYONE in line with his barrel. Also, why was he released while Enrique Tario was held without bail and prosecuted? Forwhat, you might ask. Well, for having a weapon without permission and standard capacity magazines in DC. You can not outweigh justification based on facts with irrational decision making based on emotions. This judge agreed that the justification and legal rationale to hold this suspect was needed and would protect the community at large, but due to the defense attorney's plea negated all of that and let him go. The defense will say and do anything to help their clients, that's their job. The judge needs to remain impartial and follow their duties of protecting the public.
