For reading material with azrael, I personally like "knightfall" parts 1-3(Still surprised that this was never made into an animated film), and "tales from the dark multiverse" a dark alternate ending to knightfall and other popular comics. Also really liked "curse of the white knight", really enjoyed the twist, fresh take my opinion.

Thorough, informative review, as always. Shart's honesty is very admirable. I love the two White Knight figures I have, Batman and the red Azrael. I have issues with this one so I left it on the pegs. Strangely enough, it was also with the legs. I think they're a bit on the thin side.

McFarlane is doing amazing things with this line, I am so grateful he has it. The amount of detail, one off sculpts, and variety is amazing. Yes, I know it is batman heavy, but 90% of the Batman figures he's put out have been amazing. And they are only in the infancy stage of this line, I am so excited to see what is to come and how the articulation and figures evolve! Very happy I jumped on this line as early as I did. We need more thigh cuts!! Shart, I also highlyyyy recommend you pick up the Merciless wave. That BAF is a BEAST! The whole wave is dope.

The legs on my Azrael bat armor are like the left leg. The top of the leg armor comes just to the bottom of his suit. Seems the right legs needs to be pushed up higher.

I still don't get why people still support MacFarlane Toys. They haven't learn anything since their Halo days. They want to produce action figures yet at the same time the detail and sculpt clearly contradict that and want the figures to be more like statues for single poses only.

Read Batman: White Knight and Batman: Curse of the White Knight. You strike me as a busy guy so I doubt you’d have time to read the almost 2,000 page Knightfall trilogy. The two books I recommended are quick reads and very well written. I loved them

I was somewhat disappointed with this figure. Design is fantastic, but the sculpt is frustrating. Took me ages do ply his figures apart in order to get the sword into his hand. Which shouldn't be the case with a figure with a sword accessory.

I’m REALLY glad I’m able to see these reviews before I buy these McFarlane figures. I’ve canceled Most of the DC figures once I see the reviews. There are a lot of frustrating choices made. It’s really the price that keeps the line going. Definitely a lot of room for improvement.
