New sub here. Really enjoying the channel. A method I've been employing to increase thigh rotation is to remove the square thigh pegs and sand (I use a Dremel rough sanding cylinder) the square edges to a round off the peg. After sanding I use acetone on a cotton swab to "chemically sand" the areas. That REALLY smooths them up. The result is something more cylindrical. It does not damage the structural integrity at all and dramatically increases thigh rotation. Another mod point is to sand (using the same process) some of the interior area of the "butt cheeks" (LOL). But many times just rounding off the peg achieves the desired effect. Two minutes in a bath of boiled (not boiling) water will allow one to easily pop out the thigh pegs.

I will look into that method! I have been saying for some time that they'd have more rotation if they shaved off some of the butt cheeks lol. Thanks for the tip

Man I was gonna get her but don’t really want duplicates of the same character unless they are main characters (Batman Spider-Man Ironman etc.) classic is my go to so she was instant for me. But I saw a leak of another cat woman coming out so if she’s better I’ll cancel this pre order 😅

She has Granny butt! & No Hips. Her Torso w/ that diaper protruding like that- looks awful !!! If any figure needed A twisting thigh-cut, she's perfect for it because of her high running "Hooker Boots". Sadly A complete Waste of A fan favorite aesthetic. Now the Arkham Catwoman figure (that you can't find at stores) is so much better. That figure is meant to be posed PA., giving that over the shoulder look. But for my $$$ the #Earth3 _Superwoman_ (Evil Donna Troy meets Louis Lane doppelganger) is Todd's Best Female figure. It Looks Spot on like she actually does in the Post FINAL CRISIS comics (e.g. FOREVER EVIL & The New Awesomene EARTH THREE Origins- 'Crime Syndicate' mini-series).

I prefer this one to the arkham city catwoman. The sculpt is great and the proportions look good. Legs on the arkham one are a little on the long side.

I tend to think of the more modern looks with the black suit and goggles as my mind's eye of Catwoman, but this would be a close second for my favorite look for Catwoman. I'm glad that they went all-in with subtle sculpt details and paint choices to emphasize the materials of the costume, it helps bring a realism to it so it won't look out of place even against more detailed designs like say the Arkham Penguin or Scarecrow. As you said, a lot of the Batman adjacent characters tend to be darker colours, especially a lot of the villains we've got so far, so I'm happy to go with this version as the Catwoman for my shelf, figures like her and Freeze are going to stand out great.

I've always loved the Jim Balent Catwoman design. I agree it's not the classic look but for some reason that dark purple works.

As a 90's kid Michelle Pfeiffer was definitely my Catwoman, and of course Batman: the animated series Catwoman as well, but I always loved the purple Knightfall design Catwoman. I had the Kenner Legends of Batman Catwoman figure as a kid and I always loved it! Knightfall was the first Batman story I ever read. That costume will always hold a special place in my heart. Yeah, dude! That whip really blows my mind as well! I am super impressed with it. Overall, I love the way this figure came out. Love the blue hightlights in the hair and the glossy black parts of the costume in contrast to the flatter purple. Such an eye catching figure! I'm really glad this version is the first comic Catwoman decided to go with.

This is my definitive Catwoman and will be picking up the drifter motorcycle for use with her. Don’t care for the techno thief type o’ trend in the modern age. And tho Michelle Pfeiffer looks cool, I thought she was just… super weird thx Josh.

Your photography really brings out how posable this Catwoman is. Definitely much better than my 90's Kennel toy, and very suiting for well, Catwoman. I saw this in person for the first time yesterday and was pretty impressed for sure.

I remember getting my first comic from a yard sale with Bane holding up Batman’s ripped cowl and Catwoman crouching in the corner with this costume . Definitely tempting for the nostalgia factor alone

The twisting of the abdomen to get a better crunch is a stroke of genius! Thanks for the suggestion. I’m going to try that as soon as I can get my hands on one of these. The design, overall, is magnificent on this figure. Beautiful portrait (though an extra head swap with a smirk, smile, or growl would have been awesome). The extra hands are fantastic. I also love the pop of color, as you mentioned. This figure is going to show up in a lot of my figure photography, I can already tell.

I found that if you heat up-and-loosen the the thigh joint on these figs you can rotate them approximately 180degs! Not that you need too. Jolly good review.

I like Arkham City more because I have attachment to that version of the character, this one not so much. I also think the diaper piece looks better on Arkham City. I only wish Arkham City had as good of a wip. That amazing wip that came with this one makes the pre-posed wip with the lightsaber handle looks so bad next to it.
