Opening up one of the best looking figures to date from McFarlane Toys DC Multiverse, this is Death Metal Wonder Woman!

It's strange ppl don't appreciate the "Metal" aesthetic. It's meant to be an exaggerated combination of fantasy and goth. I think they look great I'm not a fan of Scott Snyder writing but the design of the characters are METAL ASF and fit the story being told. It's weird that Metal is the bridge to far for comic fans.

I'm not a big Scott Snyder fan either but this was one of the more fun things I've read from him. I would love to see them do more characters from that series, like Harley and Lobo.

Badass figure! Finally a Wonder Woman in-scale to the line & with hair no less. I wonder how she'd look flanked by some Mcfarlane 40k Sisters of Battle, she fits right in with the chainsword.

I dont believe anybody can say they are not well done compared to most legends figures. I myself have quite a few but you have got to like what you see the figure choices are niche for the most part so the audience will match but the potential here is amazing cannot wait for the future releases

Enjoyed the review. I agree with what you said about Todd and his multiverse line. He is definitely crushing it atm . I use to collect marvel legends. But now only collect DC multiverse since Todd took over. Figures definitely much better.

After the horribly executed WW84 sausage legs fiasco, the LKOE WW was a drastic improvement. This one however is the best one Mcfarlane toys has produced by far! It looks pretty simple to the Playarts Kai WW variant figure...which is pretty damn awesome 👏😎 #subscribed

Macfarlane stuff has definitely improved but for a very long time they really were articulated statues

They’ve gone through some weird phases that I wasn’t a fan of, the statue era and the 5-inch era where they had bad QC, lots of brittle little joints that broke all the time.

I used two sets of Dioder lights from Ikea on that cabinet, and I have them lit from the side because I think overhead lighting gives the figures harsh, unflattering shadows.

@@danielcisneros7571 I think I just kind of pinched them together, it probably took a little bit of pushing. I would just make sure to push on the top of the foot and brace the ankle while pushing so there's no stress on the ankle joint.

Sounds like you get it in regards to thigh rotation. They don’t need a straight cut, there’s an easy mod to get more rotation without breaking up the sculpt.

Am I the only one bothered by the 1 head taller scale McFarlane uses? I have the gold Wonder Woman from the movie and she's a head taller than all my 7" action figures. He-Man Classics, DCUC, Marvel Legends. Why make them soo tall?
