This is one of the best comic dub stories ever! And it sad that zee's mom died this is way sadder and darker then raven's backstory when raven deals with her demon dad trigon from original teen titans 2003 series and superman's lost his parents when his home planet krypton was destroyed when he was baby sent to earth and become adopted by the Danvers and young Bruce Wayne lost his parents to the murder who gun shot them

1. I know her mom was a little evil, but at least she loved her man and daughter. 🥺 2. I know queen hippolyta was upset, 🤨 but have a little sympathy, because she has a daughter and no mother who really loves her daughter that much wants to not see them grow up without them 🥺🥺😔🥺 3. They could have at least build a magic prison for her, just find some way 🤣🤣 4. In the show/comic, zatanna and her dad doesn't know that she is dead, because when I watch, the dad said he doesn't know if she'll come back, so he's basically indicating that she might be alive but doesn't know that SHE'S DEAD. 🤨🤨🤨🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 5. If they ever found out that Diana's mother killed zatanna's mother, that would be CHAOS 😡😡🙄🙄, because they going to both hate the queen and Diana and possibly try to hurt her and even her friends might or perhaps will HATE them (diana and the queen)

Welp canon of this is her mother possessing dark magic which represent negativity and toxic energy so her mother is terrible and argued with her husband and end up leaving on Zee's birthday which is traumatizing. When Zee get a use on negative energy she constantly got criticized negatively inside her mind because of that power so make sense.
