DC Talk became my favorite Christian band once I decided to give my life to Christ when I was 17. This album helped me get through the loss of my father when I was 17. It was released the day before my 17th birthday.

This has labor of love fingerprints all over it. Using the same intro idea (distorted then comes in full), the same musical breakdown spot after the bridge... preceded by sampling "I got something for you man" from So Help Me God at the beginning of the album. This is one of the greatest musical tributes to anything, that i've ever heard. The second rap verse and the breakdown are the highlights of this gem.

Old DC Talk Supernatural and Jesus Freak have some seriously good Grunge and Rock songs. Not all the songs but a lot have really have held up with time.
