Does it take awhile to receive the mask cause I collected all 4 and haven't gotten anything in the mail.

Sometimes the mail is slow and it will take a while but try to re-log to see if your mail appears.

+TechLouis I got it after a bit. Do you know where i can buy the mask that has the hair exposed and the eyes exposed? It's the mask that doesn't cover the face.

You could try to go to the war room in the watchtower there are loads of vendors there that sell different styles.

+TechLouis what level can I access the watchtower. I made a new character and I'm lvl 6.

You need to be level 9 and above and you will receive a mission to go to the watchtower.
