Every mcguffin they had proved to be useless because the league could still function regardless. Flash dusted Boomerang numerous times, Superman was still able to use his powers despite gold Kryptonite actually being used to PERMEANTLY de power him, A simple yellow lantern isn't going to depower Stewart especially when the league fought the sinestro corps and said he could go round for round with Sinestro anytime. Flash still proved the decouplers was useless because Lex did the same thing and he still died.

For once, Ra's copied one of Batman's tricks which understandably caught Bruce off guard.

I really like how this fight illustrates the fact that Ra’s Al Ghul is a truly dangerous rival to Batman. And that he saw Batman as a potential heir because his skills, willpower and conviction are matched to his own. I feel that the Arkham games fell short on their depiction of Ra’s because they really did not demonstrate just how skilled and dangerous an opponent he is.

As much as this scene may be sentimental, I think that killing Batman should be such a difficult that one could make an entire movie out of it rather than a 12-minute-video. Of course, the game can't focus on Batman's death for hours, but showing him succumb to Ra's Al Ghul's might in less than 8 minutes is not doing justice to his skill and prowess either.
