Super Simple to make! Just one 16oz carton of heavy whipping cream (whipped to stiff peaks), one can of sweetened condensed milk, one packet of kraft deluxe (mixed together and folded into the heavy whipping cream carefully, don't want to lose the air) then just let it set!! we also used some baked bread crumbs with a sprinkle of sugar to caramelize, and added the noodles on top as garnish!
