Let’s not forget that even though PayPal walked back from their $2,500 fine, they still have a “restricted activities” policy that lists “provide false, inaccurate or misleading information” as reason for punitive actions. @46:00 sounds like interchain Swaping of assets. Monero has come a long way with Atomic Swaps between BTC and XMR onchain. Its already been accomplished to some extent. So yes, some "old chains" are doin great work even though they are massively slower than Solana, Sui etc.

How about the Trading Volume Ratio (Spot vs. Derivative) it is around 0,0605 which means Derivatives are 20x higher than Spot. Besides that if you check the heat map most of it is long. Sorry for the maybe wrong wording, I think you get what I try to explain. Doesn't you feel this is a massive thread at the moment and BTC must go down again before it can start the ralley with more money going into the spot market?

My guess is that you may also see policies which are attempts to grow China's domestic markets. I am guessing this because as businesses leave China and exports drop the CCP may realise that they are too export dependent and thus need to stimulate their domestic markets.
