For your kind information, recently the same type of incident was in front of the Supreme Court, The court has ordered that once the notifications of any recruitment is out, then after the final date of that notification, they cannot change/amend the rules of that requirement process. The case here is simple, if they have changed the rules of the recruitment, it means that they will fill these posts through backdoor entries. You, can challenge it in high court, or write a grievance to the governor and C. M. But don't believe in(reply) of C. M`s grievance (because these things always happens because of politicians).

Bro it is not only in case of this post only but happens in every contractual post...especially In poshan abhiyan scheme ........2019/2018 se wo kaam krrrhai hai jabki wo postions contractual thee...they are relatives of bereaucrats only and have obtained selection via fraud means just like you mentioned
