Dr. Jefferson, THANK YOU for referring this patient to a primary care physician! So many people are "episodic" patients. They ONLY seek medical care when there is something wrong. When in actuality they could avoid so many issues with "routine care". I am the practice manager for a primary care practice of seven physicians and one mid-level and we see "problems" all the time. Problems that are totally preventable with regular visits and routine care. Preventative medicine is the best medicine!

Dr. Jefferson, you are a saint! I so admire how you are able to put your patients at ease because you never SHAME them. And because of that, they feel comfortable being truthful with you about their life circumstances and that helps them advocate for themselves to move toward getting the assistance they need to improve their care. The world needs more of such compassion. Kudos!

You really are an angel in disguise the way yo care for your patients in such a holistic manner. I’m sure the gentleman wouldn’t have thought on how to apply the cream using his grabbing stick. When I watch this channel it makes me realise that if my husband passes before me I have no one to check if I can’t manage my feet. We don’t have podiatrists like Dr Kevin. We have chiropodists, none in my town apart from one that I wouldn’t let trim my cats claws after leaving my diabetic Mums feet in tatters and when I took her socks off to see they were stuck to her feet with dried blood. It’s really quite frightening. If I could teleport the good doctor to Scotland I would 😘

As a former emt, and cna that did care in a specialized Alzheimer’s ward, I thank you for the great care and concern that you provide daily for your great patients. Especially the veterans as my husband has spent more than half of our marriage of 19 years deployed. While I am dependent on an intrathecal pump now to function due to chronic pain and neuropathy due to b12 deficiency due to pernicious anemia, and have been flagged by primary care doctors and no longer able to get care on base. So I’m left with Er and urgent care clinics which don’t provide follow up care which is understandable. Thanks so much and I know God sees you and will bless you richly in wonderful ways!!

Back to the Dremel eh? Hopefully that room just doesn’t have your other drill and you’re not having issues with it. But I’ve got to say out of any doctor on KZbin you are the most thorough. Nice work as always Dr J. You stated he hadn’t been to your office in 18 mos, was he a patient of yours previously? From what I could gather, he lost his drivers license, and he lives alone.
