It's breaks my heart to see so many seniors in such need for help.... with just basic help at home or with health like helping with keeping their blood sugar in check, or meds straight. I know allot of seniors that have family but their family doesn't check on them or help in any way. You're a great dr! You're not only concerned about their feet, but their complete health and well being! Hats off to you doc, you're a cut above the rest! 👍👍👍😊 Great job, sir! You have my respect!

From Judy in Australia 🇦🇺. I love how you always treat the fungus where most don’t. I wonder if treating the fungus has better health outcomes? I believe it must have. It stands to reason that any kind of infection must affect the blood stream and affect things like control of sugars etc. Just because a problem is difficult doesn’t mean we shouldn’t try. Blessings Doc.

Your compassion for people even beyond their foot care is so rare and wonderful. Please do a seminar on how professionalism and just having a heart should be done. So many from this younger generation , even those my age (28) and over don’t seem to have this anymore and it truly breaks my heart. Thank you treating your patient with so much care and respect and showing the world how it’s done! Really gives me just a little more hope in humanity. You have such a beautiful soul and I barely like to make comments, but after watching a few of your videos and seeing how you are with your patients I just had to say something! ❤️

Oh gracious his blood sugar though. I am glad you urged him to see his primary doctor. You really are a kind doctor and I wish more doctors took a page from your book. I use to live in a very small community where it was a sorta open secret that doctors would do the bare minimum to "milk" the insurance of their elderly patients. Same with the local hospital who nearly let my dad die because they wouldn't listen to my mom when she said my dad had been having seizures. Now my dad is to the point where he has 6 months to live and it could have been helped had anyone listened instead of just assuming it was his breathing. Poor doctors are out there, namely among communities that are poor and desperate or retired and sick. It's not an exaggeration, I lived it. I came to Finland and a lot of the doctors were floored by the treatments I was on. I am so much healthier now that I found doctors who care and aren't so apathetic. Thank you Dr. Jefferson for being a beacon of hope to your patients and being such a caring professional!

I think of all the foot Doctors I watch on KZbin you do the nicest job, you seem to always clean the debris around the nail and remove the dead skin buildup and use more than one bit which seems to make all the difference and you do a great job putting on your Shea butter cream. I think the other doctors could take a lesson. Many of them seem to rush and it just looks like a half ass job putting it bluntly. I enjoy your videos!

Katherine Calderon I fee the same way. This doctor reminds me of doctors when I was a kid. Back in the 70's and 80's. The doctors cared about their patients back then. @ancientsgate 4 жыл бұрын
That kind of thirst is a medical emergency. I hope you got help when you were that sick. With glucose testing and the proper medications, there's no reason to walk around sick from diabetes all the time. Decent control may seem hard to achieve, but hard is not the same as impossible. Gotta see a doctor who knows something, gotta take the meds as ordered, gotta stay in touch if the meter isn't showing decent results.

Doc, you should have a pedicurist on staff to take up where you left off. All the rough stuff to whip those puppies in shape needs to be done by you. Then someone you have trained can then crisp up those cuticles. I have got to get my sweetie and his feet to your office. We are now in Louisiana and hunkered down in an RV resort hiding from the "virus". But, when we return to Maryland, I am going to make an appointment for my husband. God bless you and all you do for our community.

I saw on the show” My feet are killing me “ they used a laser on a guy with nail fungus. I have this one nail I dropped a dresser on 5 years ago and it was starting to look pretty good but my last 2 bottles of Jublia disappeared ( my cat steals things) and it’s $100 for a tiny bottle. I just bought a new one and I’m hiding it from him. I’m thinking the money I spent on Jublia would have been better spent on laser. My doctor has never mentioned this laser technique. Have you heard of this?
