Bike is not luxury. I saw a father delivering food in Zomato with small kid in the bike. If govt cant give ration to that guy its a complete failure.

BPL card holder should not have home or bike? It has become common now. APL card holder are 70% poor and 20% middle class below average. Normal daily labour's have pulsar KTM bikes. Kelso mado yemma IPhone ittidare, namma maeyalli. APL card avru nijavaglu badavaru. Kelso Madi badavru
