This was my favorite and still is one of my favorite Disney Channel movie. It only released on VHS-ugh! It is very empowering for young girls. Great writing, cast, love the songs especially the Opening Credits song and it kind of reminds me of Mulan, but with a more modern twist, in a sports event. Also, if there were guys that good looking at the track I might go to the track myself. Great movie!

Wow, I guess it's now finally that time in my life where I realize how much things have changed since I was a kid. I'm only 24, but can you imagine a movie like this being made today?! With the entire premise of the plot, that girls can't ride motocross, let alone win! It really strikes me how many movies like this, were around in the late 90's, early 2000's, when "girl power" was actually a common catchphrase. It seems entirely sexist and outdated now, but it was a prevailing plot point in movies and TV.

Unfortunately you cannot purchase it anywhere except on Amazon.com for a VHS tape that cost around $45-$50. I suggest you tape it then next time it airs on Disney Channel TV because unless you are willing to pay $50 for a VHS tape of it that is the only other way you can get a hold of it. Trust me, I've tried.
