I don't play DCS, but I've been watching a lot of gameplay videos lately. I actually came to your videos for a.. kinda odd reason. I was doing a 3D animation of a character flying an F-15, and I wanted to make sure that he pressed the right buttons on the instrument panel whenever he did something, and I'm using this video as reference, since he tuned into a song on the radio and listening to it while he was flying. (The reason he tuned to a civilian station is because he wasn't in combat, he was flying it for fun because... It's *kinda* civilian owned? The character in question is a prince, and he does use the same F-15 in combat, but he also flies it for fun, and of course he'd be Winchester when doing that. The timeline he's from has different laws that allow military pilots to fly their aircraft for fun if they're Winchester and the aircraft isn't classified like the Raptor.)

I remembered there is a poll in dcs forum about F-15E UFC and mostly they vote for digital UFC instead this analog UFC.. but let's see if we can change it in DCS options..

The FAQ by Notso (The guy who runs these tutorials) specifically says both will be added to the F-15E It also says the preferred terminology is legacy and new rather than digital and analog since they're both digital. So if you care about that it's a fun tid bit I added to the end

@Nachos (or whatever) a steady speed and steady volume in your voice would be much appreciated in the coming videos. We are struggling with fast and high volume surges of speech, followed with sudden drop of DB in your voice, with fast ripple of words. You could edit voice so that we can understand better…cause now we have to hear 5-6 times, each part, going thru numerous OBVIOUS info, struggling to get to the F-15E specific info… Bottom line…this is painful and people don’t get the best out of this module.

There was a hint on Air Combat Podcast where a top Razbam developer being interviewed mentioned that the release date for the F-15 Eagle would not go beyond 2022. So Q4 2022 is looking good. Check out the interview.

Look as long as long as radar works and I can shoot some missles with ability to drop some dumb bombs its in a good enough state for early access dangit, I want my f15! Lol, but seriously whole point of ea is to get it as early as possible and have features continue to release afterwards. So please remember it just needs to be stable with some combat abilities, nav, tgp, smart munitions, all that can be added after, doing this also allows one to learn the basics of the craft such as start up, radar, etc. Then we can have new systems come out giving us something new to learn vs it all at once. Either way great job, super looking forward to this. Hopefully an August release so I have time to enjoy before getting stupid busy at work. Remeber we just need a mvp, this way we can start putting it through its paces and report feedback/bugs while development continues. :)

SRS has the secure radio stuff, I'm sure. How a team of paid devs with access to source code and all the tools are being outdone by some fans who just want a functioning radio mod is beyond me though. Especially since VoIP had been on their todo list for ages now. Then they finally get around to it and we get some crappy implementation that no one uses because it's just embarrassing. Meanwhile SRS has channels and radio effects and is controlled by the cockpit. They should just integrate SRS into DCS so it just works.
