Great tutorial! What i dont understand is how do i know if i am aligned with the first course (in arcoe) and too much to the left or right? ( if im not wrong i can still be heading 178 but not by the lines)

Just saw your comment. So when you are tuned into the TACAN station you should be able to get a deviation reading on your HSI when selected to TCN and with a course of 178. This will help with limiting the amount of deviation.
