horrible. when you turn for carrier's ass you should be at 500-600ft, when you align with it you should be at around 400, and it should take around 18 seconds till touch down. trim your plane, stop flapping around with controls. most of the time you were too fast and your angle of attack was not steep enough. if you're using landing mode aim that velocity vector for tower then slowly move it a bit to the left so you aim at upper right corner of landing strip so you intercept carrier that's moving slowly to the right. use DLC to correct if you're not good enough to make small throttle corrections. zoom in! you can't see carrier and meat ball sitting between engines. in real plane HUD should be half of your PC screen unless you're playing on giant TV. And remember, it's better to be too high than too low and too fast than too slow.
