Only a small minority will ever play DCS sims due to it's complexity. If they want to increase revenue they have to offer greatly simplified versions, almost arcade level but with great DCS graphics and VR and no HOTAS required.

They have the "game mode" but it's not very popular.

They do offer less complex modules. almost like they thought of this.
