I find it impossible to get the chest piece. I've opened over 60 Oracle Time Capsules. I keep getting the legs or the arms. I have 13 left to unlock. I've only gotten the belt and legs once from the capsules

Stop opening TCs. If you opened 60 TCs.... you should have plenty of items you can sell on the Broker?? Do that and with the $$$ you will make then buy the chest on the Broker.

Which suit?? The Oracle one?? I prepare the styles I will use to make a video ahead of time. In this case... the Oracle style. So I prepared on Armory for the Regular version. One for the Enhanced version. One for the version where each piece is one color..... etc. So.... multiple Armories with the Oracle style in this case.
