As that old 80's song says, "It's in the way that you use it." May I suggest that you remove shockwave and use arc lightening early in your rotation. I run genesis, wired, arc, electrocute, voltaic and tesla in order. Does excellent damage. The power is best when used on mobs. You are entitled to your opinion but I don't think you're giving electric a fair look.
