300 dollars on 1 artifact is the greatest scam in da gaming world. And u need 3-7 artifacts! They only get away with this cuz the game is underground. If it was popular mfs would be putting this game on blast for scamming. Even the biggest games only charge 50 bucks to 100 at most. This game is ridiculously expensive with over 2000 dollars to get artifacts or u will always be weak at the end game compared to other players

??? Upgraded the Art to Rank 200... did not spend $300. Used the Nth Metal I had accumulated... and some Destiny Tokens. If you feel the need to spend $300 on an Artifact..... I don't know what to tell you. :(

U don’t have to spend a dime to lvl up arts, just play the game lol, and u don’t 3-7 to be a good player lol, just a solid 3 arts and L/O lol

@@patd2331a good dps needs about 7 different mandatory artifacts not to mention allies worth over 1k bucks and the 7 arts also cost around 1.5kish bucks if u want them leveled up straight that is unless u wanna play this garbage game for +3y to do it by just playing the game and just by saying u don't need more than 3 arts u already showed me that u r an absolute trash dd

@@DCUOMultiverseif u start the game fresh and u wanna be able to get to the max possible damage asap u would have to spend 300 on an art if u just bought the xp and mats from marketplace that is, no one is saying u have to do it that way but the point is that the ptw is so crazy that u can do it and it does cost pretty much exactly 300 bucks to do so

The problem is how damage source is flagged. The stat proc is considered as coming from the player and not the artifact. So it is now flagged as an ability. DOTS are flagged as an ability coming from the player and not a result of the ability used thus they proc the artifact too. It is an under the hood thing. The game was never developed with these types of interactions in mind. They could make an exception for Strat but Dot abilities will interfere and they likely do not have bandwidth to commit to redesigning how DOTS work in the game at large. The Dev who created this likely wasn't made privy to this kind of interaction because the code has changed hands o many times that a lot of notes were lost in transition.

Well, adding more issues to the game isn’t going to make the game any better. They need to fix it. It’s a new artifact and the value just to buy artifacts is 200 dollars for an art to be bugged. Not to mention gorilla aspect is also bugged because it has an internal cooldown. There’s no excuses they can make for the reason behind gorilla aspect having an internal cooldown.

I didn’t spend any money lol, just had a bunch of nth metal laying around from playing the game and metal detectors. And it doesn’t seem likely that they’ll bring double art xp back so I just ranked up this artifact

Yeah it might be a mistake seeing how the strat procs off of might and prec the code might read it as a might/prec attack and not as a proc/effect. If they don't fix it it seems trans,quislet and this art might be good. If they do fix it this art would be broken seeing how you'd have strat procs on that damage too. Hopefully. But it's to been seen. They had lots of issues with the arts for this episodes doesn't seem like many people tested this one just the tank one.

Okay i didn't some testing and reading. The devs said the art is intended to proc of effect damage such as a strat proc. But seeing how it literally take away the strat proc wasn't intended. If they'll fix it thats TBD im shocked they didn't pick this up on test seeing how it was on for months. So the damage proc from this art doesnt seem nearly as high as a strat proc. So its definitely not worth dropping strat for this. Example Trans, totem,quislet. That art combos does less than trans,quislet and strat. From testing quislet does about 14k damage passively. And that is already more damage than the totem. Totem i got it to hit for about 3k and thats hitting 8 target so thats 24k extra damage but thats not consistent unlike quislets base attack nearly 14k every seconds not including the extra damage depending your attack.

@@Shadow497 oh wow, if the artifact is intended to proc off of strategist card to then it really isn’t worth leveling up. I read thats supposed to work with only powers or weapon combos so I did not expect it to count with strategist card to. Quizlet does good passive damage along with mega blast every 5 seconds that’s hits 20k each target for 5 targets so basically 100k free damage every 5 seconds. I have gotten the new artifact to get some good damage procs tho. The one thing this art has is that the damage increases along with your stats if you are buffed which isn’t the case with quizlet. But I agree with you, this artifact is not worth dropping other dps arts for it right now.

@@HiHi-yk1mv Using quizlet I hover around 5mil to 5.7mil but after playing around with some loadouts, I gotten 5.3m to 6m running the new artifact but it is only slightly higher. One good thing about this art tho is that it somewhat scales with your stats which quizlet does not do, so in missions where you are buffed or have a troll you do a lot more damage than you would with quizlet since quizlet is based on your cr. But I still dont think it is that much better than quizlet to spend xp and seals on it unless another double art xp comes along.

I heard that it might be intended. It just caught me off guard when I wasn't getting the full totem ticks even though I did not reach the amount of hits stated on the artifact. But if it do change then I'll make a follow up

@@topplemap0000That should’ve been said about the artifact to begin with. Just like the internal cooldown they don’t mention with Gorilla Aspect ain’t intended either. ATP, I’m just going to assume everything these devs due is to make things look good on paper for immediate cash grab and there’s a reason Obsidian Chill hasn’t posted a video testing this artifact. He’ll be removed from Creator League.

Is the same happening with all dots? Stealing both types of procs? It was on test, i did mention it to devs, have you posted this on bug forum?

Yea the artifact behaves a little bit off with any dot attack but especially with strategist card which is one of the most used artifacts. I’m going to make a forum post soon. Just a little bit busy at the moment.

2 things. 1. These developers have proven countless times they're incompetent. 2. Stop spending your $$$ on this garbage. I can't understand why people continue to throw $$$ away on this trash. And by doing so you keep telling EG7 I want more of this.

@@roboninja3194 Good thing I didn’t spend money, just been saving up a couples years worth of xp and the monthly destiny tokens so I didn’t have to buy anything extra.

@@patrickprec777 yea getting an artifact from 0-200 from scratch is expensive and ridiculous. I got all my arts to 200 by saving every piece of nth metal and and dumping it all on double art xp week. But it seems like they plan to stop doing double xp because the last one was over a year ago and the fact that they added Wolfpack tokens. So currently ranking up arts take an eternity which I’m not a fan of.

Now i just up ny alt art till 120 then call it ay, im no longer want to rank over 120, its tedious, and very unrewarding.
