yes it is useless I just put it on for style the weapon buff has a little style during the fight

@@GranoksDCUO I feel you. Quantum was done so dirty over the years along with a few other powers. I miss pre revamp so much. The fact that it strongly relies on Time Bomb in PvP already makes it an inferior version of itself in comparison. All I needed before revamp was Warped Reality, Singularity and Gravity Bomb. Anything else was just whatever I wanted in there. Singularity and Gravity Bomb are dog shit after the revamp and I hate what they did to weapon buffs. Each power having weapon buffs made them unique because of their abilities or CC.
