Only factual thing you said so far was the co leaders don't have the right to kick and I can assure you we all came to the agreement that it is necessary we don't have that ability. Because most co leaders wouldn't hesitate to kick someone they feel isn't worth a trial. Chi on the other hand would actually try talking to you to find out what's wrong.
