You are mistaken on the synergy of grim and strategist artifacts. The strategist proc only happens with crits. So if you have a damaging attack that crits there’s a chance that the strategist will proc. Pets however do not crit so pets do not proc the strategist at all. Any damaging crit can produce the proc even if you are not dps Any healing crit can produce a healing proc even if you are not a healer Any power giving crit can produce a power proc even if you are not a troll. Also, the solar isn’t only for single target. It is a strong aoe artifact when pair with the strategist. The burning that the solar does is not only a PI but also a DoT. If these DoTs crit they can proc the strategist. So the solar pairs a lot better with the strat than the grim.

Yes if you are healing. For damage you put might mods. But skill point spec has most to do with it as well

You can get power mods for your generator in your base that will give you a boost and if you spend some marks on your mainframe also in your base you can unlock white mods for your gear sockets,some of the white mods help you regenerate power faster and others make it so that your powers use less well power,hope this helps.

So I got electricity which had like the highest power cost but Idk what artifact to get that helps with power

You can get resto mods for your base and get chest white mod called power efficiency. That reduces power cost of all powers. 😁

Also make sure to use restore augments. Without u will be struggling for power. If u do use the chest piece u will lose a bit of damage. But it’s amazing for healing.
