You can also consider dropping the orb on the healing loadout for a Gemini. Gives you good sc regen for the group/self so they have max uptime on their sc as well as yourself. It will 100% replace the sc used to cast arbiter so it’s for sure ready off cooldown. Only spend about 15sec out of arbiter form and you can just spam heal if needed since arbiter will fill you back up. Also invocation in arbiter form is a good way to put out solid group heals while refilling your power bar.

gadgets will be better for single target but if you can consistently be in melee range than rage wins on both single target and melee with using Berserk's

Hey OC! Hopefully you still check in on this video. I run a might based ranged attack Sorc loadout. Currently I’m running Trans, Strat, Solar Amp. Works great (I have you to thank). But I’m wondering now, is Quizlet a better option than Amp? I use a ton a superpowers and I use a finisher during single target fights. Is Solar amp still better option for Sorc or would Quizlet (or Grim?) work better? Looking forward to some feedback (from anyone really) and thanks ahead of time.

Solar can still work for Single Target boss fights but in general you don't need solar for much anymore and regular heat vision will be ok. So you could definitely get Quizlet which will give you passive damage and provide supercharge regen

What do you think of switching circle or shield for karmic suspension for extra SC while in arbitor. I use the loadout here but I feel like I struggle in elite sometimes. my arts are 160 but I feel there isn't too much of a difference between 160-200

I know players that do that as well, definitely works. I would either drop COP or Soul Well cause Soul Well while you can have a few of them out the heals are pretty weak comparatively

I don't think power hungry is an issue now. Thanks to purple healing ray. If you want a complete inf power u can run EOG, Scarp and purple, and use bird form

frosty 23silver la mort can be effective but only if it’s practically at rank 200 which then you are investing $300 basically into an artifact that will only be good in certain situations. Final Ruin is good enough on its own with trans artifact that la mort isn’t absolutely necessary

Check your dominance, if you have over 1500 dom you will CC the sparring targets with your powers but if you have less then you wont. More than likely it is your OP items you are wearing pushing you over so just buy an elite piece to substitute when you parse to drop your dom. There is also a trick with base items but it requires a 2nd account be in the base builder mode in the league hall

Empowered Channeling Mod from Solar Amplifier only affects Amplified Heat Vision, no other channeled abilities. So if you are running the Empowered Channeling Hand Mod, you only need the artifact at 160.

I would say not to use COD for a PI set up and stick with Transmutation. The reason is simply the cooldown and it's a ow power. Once adds are dead or you have a tank that keeps pulling adds out to a new group you lose that ability to apply your PI. Which in turn you lose damage. COD is a slow PI setter and is better for long fights if you want to use it for d.o.t. But, all together damage with a COD loadout is low compared to using a loadout with Transmutation.

The damage comparison for CoD vs Transmutation will still favor CoD but you are right that is for situations when the adds aren't dying quickly, most raids with large hallways the tanks are pulling adds into central locations which then allows you to jump in start with karmic backlash which doesn't require pi setup to buy you a moment while the tank pulls then drop CoD for the aoe dot and pi for your projectiles. Or if you were superspeed you could start with dervish on the adds before the tank pulls etc. It's not going to work in every situation but even in older content when nps are dying that quick the extra 10% dmg on the projecticles won't matter because adds would already be dead by those 3 abilities and you'd waste time using a weak dmg power like transmuation first anyways.

Celestial is fantastic. Done right there is always a constant string of HoTs. Adding the celestial combos for each move and you're good to go.

I Would say water, it's probably the second best healing power now, because celestial u will literally be standing 24/7 doing the same combos and if u don't have a good Troll, it's gonna be a struggle. Also water has good HoT, 4 man and 8 man healing powers

You wouldn't run guardian or fury, if you don't use offering they are weaker than robot sidekick now and offering still doesn't clip so it will be slower damage than this normal rotation anyways, also they didn't buff its health or defense so it dies just as easily as before and you'd have to waste time to resummon it.

It’s crazy, this game has been so pay to play it’s turned me into your typical “can’t beat them join them” advocate. I started playing the game when I was 13, I was 17 at a period in my life having ended up going back to DCUO, however I was broke af and couldn’t afford its pay to play system which back then was the only way you’d be able to unlock any of its episodes… now however I’m doing pretty well for myself as a business owner at 24, and I’ve spent nearly 2k in under a month on just catching up with Allie’s and artifacts..😅

x-xZOHANx-x rage, earth, and gadgets with the transformation card now rage and earth don’t have as terrible single target damage even though it is still bad. Plus rage and earth both have amazing supercharges that do incredible damage. Gadgets have great Aoe and Single target along with stealth it makes up for a lack of supercharge

Electric is one of those powers to truly maximize it you need at least 4-5 artifacts leveled up maybe not max but to at 160. For aoe you want transformation, soul cloak, and eye of Gemini. Then for single target you’d want Transformation, solar amp, and strategist. That’s a lot of money to invest

Light dps can for sure, so can might gadgets but now with the new Turrent cool down probably not , if you take advantage of the situation you can out dps prec by being more aggressive in a raid. Doom spin is ridiculous but it does take a few seconds to do so if you’re a top might power you definitely have a chance. Single target though it’s pretty difficult to keep up

You put a video up, and 90% of the population uses it. You set a "meta", that "is suppose to be" the only way to play. You say particular arts are useless and people listen. But those very arts you call useless are the ones i beat people with against people using solar amp. All im saying is stick to support videos, because your dps advice is not exactly correct in most cases

During this vidoes time Solar Amplifier was doing extra damage at 200 rank which it isn't now, so my old videos where im using HV and focusing on ST or AOE it was due to that fact. Now rotations designed around finsihers are much more prevalent and you don't need solar which was basically just for the passive might boost. The rotations I upload in guides are not groundbreakingly new they are ones commonly used in end-game, Im not nor have I been reinventing the wheel, that's just what you choose to believe. I'm sure there is some trans-strat-amulet rotation that does amazing with sorc right now and you beating a dps using a rotation is nothing special either. DPSing involves much more skill than just knowing what rotation to use. If a player isn't smart enough to have a proper trinket rotation or positioning or when to watch for supplys and gem circles it doesn't matter rotation or not they'd lose. Congrats? I guess you think you are some top tier DCUO dps that is untouchable with the pugs you run against. Enjoy?
