So the provision is as follows In normal case annual return must be filled within 60 days from annual general meeting If no annual general meeting is held then within 6o days from the date on which agm should have held And if agm is not scheduled (not even the date was fixed by the company) in such case within 60 days from the end of financial year. Hope this helps
