That is the premium pet, Automeow with it's custom Cyclone ability. Any earth damage pet with Sandstorm or a Dragolich are fine alternatives.

They get auto "Hacker Flagged" In the game. Best thing you could do is disable joining flagged hackers in your settings. Then you will never see those folks. Additionally, if you group with them it will Hacker Flag you as well.

What is hacker flag mean

A hacker flag means the game will not show your matches publicly and non hacker flag players will be prompted that they are joining a hacker with a pop up screen prior to grouping with them at all. Basically, it's a game with local saves. As with every game with local saves people are going to cheat. So this puts them in their own community pool as it is unavoidable.
