FACTS From DWARKA E-AUCTION: MIG flats with a reserve price of ₹1.35 crore were sold at an exorbitant ₹2.24 crore (Final Price: 1.45 crore). No reasonable person would purchase this flat at such an inflated price, especially when just a month ago, a fully furnished house in the same society sold for ₹1.65 crore. It appears that the DDA may be colluding with brokers and builders, who are ruthlessly bidding to manipulate prices. The government must intervene and take immediate action. The DDA's responsibility is to provide housing for the lower and middle classes, not to act like builders and exploit people's hard-earned money

DDA is also selling at 12 lakhs at Narela. It's not like my way or highway. Prices are as per location only. Still whatever prices DDA sold market prices would always be higher. They will increase eventually. So it's cheap compared to market always.
