Appeal in double bench of high court Jab tak fencing case ka result na aa jaye tab tak ye case chalte rahna chahiye. Ye wala case security deposit ki tarah tha. Agar ek bar ews walo ko possession milna suru ho gaya to phr case ka koi matlab nahi h. Ek do din main hi dobara stay lena chahiye. Dda sold out mig flats as premium flat. Same is mentioned in brochure. Objective was to put pressure on EWS as they stopped the fencing by going to court and getting the stay on it. No on was interested in EWS flats.

After 8 months, you approached court for stay. nice joke. if its a premium flat and you are getting less, why signed up for flats in first place. Judge ne saaf likha hai ki tum logon ne mislead kiya court ko aur koi legal right nhi hai ..ab daffa ho jaa

@@thedecadecalled90s64 double bench tumhaare liya vella nahi baitha. aur waise bhi aisi judgement ke baad, judge ne saari MIG waalon ko aukaat dikhaadi hai ..jo tum sb kr rhe the wo illegal tha. If dda sold as premium flats, toh khreede kyon???hahhaa..khreedne ke 8 mahine baad yaad aaya tum sbko ki flats theek nhi hain...aur upar se LIG waale toh aate bhi nhi premium category mein jinko case ke andar shaamil kiya tum logon ne. 2013 ki notification ka hawaala dekar stay le liya ..jabki 2020 ki nayi notification court ko dikhaayi hi nahi..hmaari judgement mein latest updated notification bhi hai ...ab tum logon ki kahaani khtm ho chuki hai ..isliye besharmi chod do .
