DDA recently launched a housing scheme in Delhi under the banner DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme, DDA Madhyam Vargiya Housing Scheme, and DDA Dwarka Housing Scheme (e-Auction).
In this video, we will explore the DDA HIG Flats at Jasola Vihar which comes with an area of 162 sqm to 172 sqm costing from 2.08 cr to 2.18 cr.
This DDA Housing Scheme 2024 was launched in August 2024 and booking started on the 10th of September 2024 and will continue till 31st March 2025.
This scheme is based on a first come first serve basis. All the details are available on the DDA official website and all the processes like registration, booking, etc are also done online only, and that too through the official DDA website only.

These are the Pocket 9B HIG Apartments which are not being taken even at a low price (considering south delhi rates). The house is spacious and well made, the society internally looks okay but it is located in such a terrible locality. The building is surrounded by illlegal encroachment with a dumping yard right in front of it. Prices of All other DDA HIG houses have gone through the roof while this is still being offered at the allotment rate even after 4 years.

@@vindeshkaushik Took them 4 years and 6-7 rounds of allotments to sell out. Vasant Kunj dda HIG flats were also launched together at the same time but they sold out in 1 round and their prices have more than doubled in these 4 years

I am not misguiding anyone. This is an old video and DDA will come up with more flats at this location soon. And the amount 2,500/- you paid is mandatory for registration. Agar aap future me bhi DDA me apply karte, tab bhi aapko ye pay karna padta. Ab isi registration jab aur flats aayenge yahan par, tab book kar lena aap. All the amount paid to DDA is non-refundable, I have told in all the videos I made for DDA. One time registration amount is charged by DDA.
