c am em f. on the c and am chords you need to lift your pointer finger off the guitar at times and pay that string open. and at times use your pinky to hold down the third fret on the same string you lifted your pointer finger off of. you gotta do the pinky thing on the em at times too, but on the em he also shifts to the high e string and plays the 3rd/1st fret at times. just fiddle around with that and you'll see what i mean. there is also a pull-off with your middle finger on the f chord.
