Dean, much of what you say about the situation of Banyarwanda is inaccurate. You say their existance in Uganda has never been threatened but read your history and see what happened to them in the 80s. Even today you will hear some voices in both the opposition and NRM who think those people being in Uganda is a favour to them. Anyway, their issues are more complex than you may even imagine.
