Hairfall common issue in kashmir nowadays. Stop using cosmetic shampoos, serums and etc. For dandruff only remedy is to using cold tap water not hot or preserved water. Wash your head daily.

Telogen effluvium basically when there is stress ,anxiety like conditions there is spike means higher level of cortisol hormone which makes hair follicle to remain in telogen phase (resting phase) ...as a result of which hair follicles doesn't matures and falls off...minoxidil 5% (males) 2% (females) ..used for male pattern of baldness
