Sayori commutes to school when she gets a mysterious phone call from someone. Suspecting it to be a bully, she answers the call to find out it's actually MC. She asks him how he's doing, she gets a rather concerning response...
It's World Mental Health Day, so to spread awareness, I created this mod within a few hours to share to you guys, and for you to see what it's like to be a victim of depression.

As if it couldn't be worse, not only does Lawrence have a depression beyond measure, but he is also in an extremely toxic place with violent and neglectful staff... The girls have to save him, it can't end like this. I really hope there will be a part 4 !

IIRC today is the international day for mental health care or something like that And this video truly shows how our brain can turn into a mess, especially if we don't get the proper care we deserve... And I'm starting feeling involved, since something that may potentially f**k my brain happened to me today.. ... Anyways, I'm really hooked into this story, and hopefully there will be a part 4 (take your time)!

The first part of this "series" had Natsuki in the thumbnail, the second one Yuri and now Sayori... ... I've the feeling there will be a 4th, possibly final, part with Monika in the thumbnail.

Possible, I think it will depend on the end of this mod (I hope nothing serious and irreversible will happen) Edit : a part 4 is in my opinion more than likely due to the end of part 3 , the girls will have to get Lawrence out of this cursed place before it's too late

Personally, I think the end could be of a "bittersweet" type, certainly Lawrence will have been rescued from this hell, but not only will his depression still be there, but it will have been aggravated by these tragic events. A way of saying that depression is a long, hard, and constant fight !

@@donovan3956 The bittersweet ending would ironically be the "best" ending. A good ending would not be believable and a "and they lived happily ever after" fairy tale is not what we should expect. A bad ending, while being... Well, bad can teach the potential dangers with a degenerating mental health So, I support your bittersweet ending, Lawrence will be physically saved but still remains mentally unstable and the "demons" inside his head are still living. At least he can get some comfort for the dokis (and I would genuinely envy him for this)!

@@chrisdrake512 That's exactly what I mean, I don't believe in a totally happy ending either because that wouldn't correspond to the reality of depression. It is a serious condition, which is established over several years following several tragic events (more or less serious depending on the person) and which ends up dragging the affected person into an infernal vicious circle. This leaves indelible scars on the person, and even if his living conditions improve, the events will have had the effect of changing the person forever and the memories will always have harmful effects. It can't be cured like we would treat an infection, it takes months, even years of intense effort. Therefore, even if Lawrence is out of this hell and the girls show him all their love for him, he will take a long time to recover, and a return of depression is always possible in the future, it strikes without warning. All I hope is that Lawrence survives (in the sense that he won't be dead) in part 4 , even if, in any case, his mental health will remain bad (especially after his stay in this "hospital" of the demon) and will have great difficulty in going up the slope, even with the help of the girls...( I can't even imagine how the girls will react when they see his current condition in this "hospital" )
