Act one the darkness overtook her but in act 4 is a universe where she doesn't have depression and she's happy. I compared myself to Sayori and it opened my eyes on life and stuff I had depression for almost 4 months but then after playing this game and saving Sayori it showed me that life has value and we all have a purpose even if it may not seem like it. Thanks creator of DDLC, The game and Sayori will always hold a special place in my heart.

Also, no cars either. the only exceptions are where I have to steal a car or a 2 handed item to progress the story further. Otherwise, that challenge would've been impossible.
