DDO Beginner Basics: Bard

Hi! I case anyone didn't see, I posted the build in the description but I am reposting here since today during stream I put together a free to play build for bard that is melee and super strong. It's a little more complex since it multiclasses but it is fantastic for being both a good solo build and a MONSTER party buffing machine. Is this still relevant? Tried and in game it requires A LOT more AP than what the build is saying it does.

I made a huge mistake. My 1st bard, I thought I was so smart, I made a 12 bard/5 rogue/ 3 ranger. Went swashbuckler with a repeating crossbow. It was a total mess. Was good at nothing. I lesser reincarnated out the ranged feats yesterday and Im going to lesser reincarnate the ranger levels out tonight. It was better without the ranged feats, the ranger levels will change to bard levels and strengthen his core. Im going to keep the 5 rogue levels. (If I reduce it to an 18/2 spit it might be better but Im worried about my skill points).

I'm torn between a bard and a wizard I tried the bard once and he doesn't get out of my head now, while I really like the wizard and his variation of magic But every time I start playing the bard, I'm upset about what shall she has, I'm upset that I don't have anyone to play with to fully unlock his potential. That's why I'm freaking out and deleting it I don't know what to do anymore, because I can't play the bard, and when I play the wizard, I'm back to the bard I'm just sitting and goofing off in character creation or watch your videos, hoping for inspiration

i love playing bard im just coming back i played DDO way way back in the day like 10+ years it feels like im a bit of RIL i like to do all the jobs but suck at them mostly into the arts TY for the tips
