Non-trill 16ths at 190+ BPM is insane for mid-level players. And all these 8th double-single patterns. And 600+ notes with almost no rest. Scoring difficulty is probably 14 but in the range of pass~AA it's definitely 15.

i think this is fine as a 14 if only because our love esp is kinda like a slightly harder version of this and that chart is generally considered a 15.0 or 15.1

No way. It has a lot of steps, but it's mostly straightforward with a good deal of 16th steps and too easy for a 16 rating, or even 15. The 14 rating is good.

This is fine as a mid-high tier 14, to be honest. Dense as all hell, but still straightforward. The skills this chart tests should be part and parcel for level 14's anyway. And besides, there are still far harder 14's than this, like Totsugeki! Garasu no kneeso hime. It's 5 BPM slower, shorter and has less steps than this, but the charting is much less forgiving (the four drills in that song are harder than the one 16th burst in this, for example).
