this is such a stupidly good chart. it isn’t super complex or original, but every component of it is just super satisfying and feels good to do. the drills, box runs, stepjumps, the long stream in the middle, and the slowdown are all super fun and i feel like i’m in the zone every time i play it. maybe i’m biased because this was my 2nd 15 pfc, but this is one of the absolute pinnacles of the 15 folder to me.

I feel like this and VEGA are great bridges from the more laid-back 13s to the core 15s and low 16s. Both aren't overly complicated and can help you get used to the higher levels (this training stamina while VEGA training speed)

I think this makes sense as a 14. It has a lot of sixteenths and a couple of long runs, but they're all trills. That drops the difficulty of the streams considerably, putting them comfortably between a 13 that wouldn't have many 16ths and a 15 that would have more complicated and draining patterns with the same note density. Looks like a very fun chart!

Rising Fire Hawk was a 14 with a lot of drills similar to Drop the Bounce, and that was just bumped up to a 15. If RFH got bumped up because of those similar patterns, I think Drop the Bounce should follow similar suit too, especially with some of its even more complex patterns like those very long runs at 0:35-0:37, 1:51-1:53, and especially 1:10-1:14 that start appearing from 15s and onward.

It's def stamina draining, when you're first passing 14s, your form isn't generally gonna be the best for this BPM range, I wouldn't call it an easy 14, but I also wouldn't really call it a 15

People tend to be citing the simpler patterns/lower speed for it being a 14, but tend to neglect the stamina requirement, and the fact that when you're just *passing* 14s for the first time, your form isn't gonna allow for much conservation of energy at 150, even through drills.
