Now that I finally got a good look at this stepchart, I can confidently say that this should have been the CHALLENGE stepchart. The original EXPERT stepchart for this song from DDR HOTTEST PARTY was perfectly fine, so I don't understand why the step designers thought it was necessary to replace it with this.

Imagine what a rude awakening this chart would be to people who’ve come back to DDR after having only played Extreme and seeing the name ‘Love Shine’ and thinking, “Hey, isn’t this that song everyone and their mother played back in the day? So cool that it got a remix. Let’s give it a shot!”

The people who actually buy the packs probably wouldn't get them if it was just a bunch of 11s and 12s. Such a feeling is a banger, and the charting is pretty good if a tad overstepped.
