I always thought this was way too difficult to be an 8 back in the day, certainly harder than Max 300's difficult chart, and seemingly harder than Legend of Max's level 9 difficult chart. Well, the 13 rating confirms my feelings, making this a 9, and, with all those jumps, a hard one at that.
