yadea scooters mostly the same g5 and e8s the same but m6 motor has less watt power probably wont go 60 km h

I think it is safe for batteries, but I'm not sure for motor and controllers. You should have batteries and motor in arms and look specifications on them. After that You can make a decision. Anyway You shouldn't do this...

It should be. The issue is that in some countries these devices are limited due to legal reasons. In many other countries they are being sold de-limited already.

Mijne rijd maar 45 in stand 2. Weet je hoe je hem net over de 50 krijgt zoals jij in het begin van het filmpje had

Dat is de snelheid op de standaard. Als jij jouw scooter volledig hebt opgeladen en deze op de standaard zet en vervolgens gas geeft, zal deze normaal gesproken ook iets over de 50 gaan. Die van mij gaat met belasting ook niet over de 46/47 kmh..
