Just a correction, Tim - JPS wasn't just a racing car livery, it stood for John Player Specials (or John Player and Sons), a brand of cigarette popular in the late 70s and early 80s. The colours look great, but not quite sure it's a good move by a watch company to be effectively endorsing smoking.

I say if your going to endorse smoking, endorse cigars. Cigarettes and watches don't mix. One is petty and the other substantial but this watch is too incredible to be petty over that.🙃

But it's oxidized, so it has a layer on top of it, that is less scratch resistant than the zirconium underneath right?
