Actually in the movie tabu the previous women in his life,they are separated for a long time but legally didn't get a divorce.So ajay devgan ,the hero of the movie brought rakul preet, the heroine to let let his family approve for her,coz he feels he has found somebody compatible to him n wants to marry her.But telling the same to the family consisting of a wife ,2 children,his parents was not easy.Nice romcom.plzz watch it.

A little summary: MC and his ex-wife got separated due to some disputes and mc left home and went abroad. His wife stays at his parents' home and takes care of children [ his&her ] But they didn't divorce just separated! Now mc comes to his home back because his daughter is going to get married. And he wants to fulfill his responsibility as a father and also wants to introduce his GF to his parents. And of course, taking divorce and mending previous problems.
