Please please please follow up with a moisturiser. The cleansing you’re doing could potentially be very drying depending on what products you use and if you don’t moisturise enough your skin is gonna start producing a lot more sebum and make you break out. I’ve seen that several people have said she uses ‘expensive’ face products to, but from my point of view I was really surprised at the relative inexpensiveness of the routine. Their are many many higher priced products to select from, a really high end oil based cleanser is one of the things I would defo add.
@bagofhammers74794 жыл бұрын
Ponds Cold Cream is fantastic, they even do a fragrance free version now. The first cleanse is just to suspend the makeup, excess oil and SPF so it can be removed. It doesn't need to be expensive :)
@cara_rima4 жыл бұрын
Yeah she definitely needs to replace all the rubbing and the multiple foam cleansing steps with an oil cleanser or oil balm. it would save her a lot of time, rubbing, product, and just be a lot more effective and gentler on her skin

There are so many people saying that she uses so many products ... and then here we are the lovers of the Korean beauty routine with our 10 steps. xD A tip: the products should be used from the lightest to the densest consistency. the cream is the last thing you should use, right after the eye cream. in this order: 1 make-up remover, 2 cleanser, 3 scrub (if you need it, 1 or 2 times a week), 4 toner, 5 sheet mask (optional), 6 essence, 7 serum, 8 eye cream, 9 moisturizer, 10 night mask (if you go to sleep) / sun protection (if you are going out)

It's fascinating to see your character change from Violet to Paul as you take off your make-up. By the end you become far more playful, less strict Domme and more relaxed and loose. I get it, I was a pro-domme for several years and have been in my private life for 25 years now. It's a character you embody, that changes how you sit, stand, walk, talk, think, emote, it's a fabulous way to be a different person for awhile. One tip, look after your feet. At 40 I still love my corsets but I gave up wearing heels to walk in over a decade ago. Your knees, hips and foot bones are going to hate you in 20 years. One thing I was taught was to wrap my feet, from a ballet dancer friend who was also a Do me. It really help to reduce pinching, blisters, add padding to the ball of each foot and the arch. Same with using a good corset liner. I had my own corset making business for 15 years, made every kind of custom corset you can think of. Corset liners of cotton jersey or silk jersey prolong the life of your corset, as well as make them more comfortable to wear over many hours. Absorbs the sweat, reduces the marking or bruising on your skin, pads against the boning a little so it stays comfortable to wear for longer etc. I've seen many of your corsets, you have some beautiful pieces. I'm especially pleased to see how many you have with hand-stitched flossing holding the corset boning in place. You can double the lifespan of a corset by using flossing combined with really good top and bottom binding. I'm looking forward to more of your videos during our current excitements, always up for a wardrobe tour!

Violet! Consider looking into a oil cleanser as your first cleanse. They usually break down makeup, glue, etc. so so easily without the need for heavy rubbing. For super heavy drag makeup I’ll usually use it twice, but it’s great because they don’t feel drying and it disappears immediately when you follow up with a basic cleanser.
