A forfeit could be swap your GK out for reserve GK but also, flicking between different formations in your tactical overview and close your eyes and count to 5 or something, the formation your are on when you stop, you have to pick that formation for your next game.

The wheel spin is only good in mini series not a full 4-5 season career mode series. I think you should play normally, play well and take MGH United to glory
